Overview

What is Run2O?

Run2O is a focused running tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch. It gets you from opening the app to recording a run with minimal friction, keeps live numbers readable while you move, and turns each workout into a useful history of routes, splits, heart rate, cadence, elevation, weather, and training trends.

It supports simple free runs and structured interval sessions. Intervals can use time or distance goals across warm-up, work, recovery, repeated rounds, and cool-down, while the live screen keeps the current stage and what comes next easy to understand.

Built for runners who want less overhead

  • Runners who care about distance, pace, heart rate, and weekly consistency
  • Apple Watch users who want to record from their wrist and review on iPhone
  • Interval runners who want flexible time- or distance-based sessions without a training-content subscription
  • Privacy-conscious users who prefer local data, optional Apple Health, and optional iCloud sync

From start to review

  1. Choose a free run or prepare an interval session.
  2. Start after the optional countdown and follow large, glanceable live metrics.
  3. Pause, resume, change interval stages, or finish from the active device.
  4. Review the route, splits, heart-rate zones, pace and elevation charts, weather, notes, and interval results.
  5. Share a visual recap or export selected records as CSV or GPX when you need your data elsewhere.

Your run data, your choice

Run2O works without a product account, social feed, or ads. Runs remain local by default. Apple Health writing and private iCloud sync are optional, and export tools keep your records portable.
