Common questions

What can I use for free?

Classic Ivory includes the ring, message, signature and full-screen presentation for free. You can browse and edit the other seven styles before buying. Presenting those styles requires a one-time lifetime unlock.

How do I open or close the box?

In presentation, tap the box to open or close it. Drag in the opening direction to adjust the lid, pinch to zoom, or move two fingers sideways to turn the view. Tap empty space for the top controls.

Can I use YesBox without a connection?

Classic Ivory is built in. Other styles need internet access for their first download from Apple, then work offline. A new purchase or restoration may need an App Store connection.

How do I restore my purchase?

Use Restore Purchases in Settings or the purchase sheet while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. If access does not return, check your connection and contact support without sending payment-card details.

Does the app send my surprise to another phone?

YesBox is designed for showing your keepsake in person on your own iPhone. It does not currently provide a message-sharing link or a partner account.

How do I remove my draft?

Restore default draft and settings replaces the current draft, but keeps the previous valid draft for recovery. Deleting the app and its data removes its local files from that device. Offloading may keep app data, and system backups may restore it. Apple's purchase records are separate.
